Overview
Workspace admins can now directly manage seats in their Team-GPT workspaces.
Note: This self-service billing system is only available for users paying through Paddle. If you're not paying through Paddle or you're on an LTD (Lifetime Deal), please contact our team to adjust your seats.
Accessing seat management
- Navigate to your workspace settings
- Select the 'Billing' menu
Adding more seats
- From the Billing page, click the 'Manage Seats' button
- In the popup window, you'll see your current number of seats
- Enter the total number of seats you want your workspace to have
- For example, if you currently have 5 seats and want to add 2 more, enter 7
- Click 'Confirm changes'
- The system will show the updated number of seats and the new amount being charged
- After refreshing the page, you'll see an invoice for the new purchase, which you can download
Reducing seats
- From the Billing page, click the 'Manage Seats' button
- Enter the lower number of seats you want your workspace to have
- For example, if you currently have 7 seats and want to reduce to 5, enter 5
- Click 'Confirm changes'
- The system will update your seat count
Important: When downgrading, you won't be immediately refunded. The changes will be applied in your next billing cycle.
Member limit reached
If you've reached your member limit and need more seats, but you're not paying through Paddle or you're on an LTD, you'll see a message indicating you've reached the member limit. In this case, please reach out to our team to add more seats.
