Overview
This guide explains how to purchase additional seats or reduce the number of seats in your Team-GPT workspace.
Note that only workspace administrators have the permission to manage workspace seats.
Adding more seats
- Navigate to your workspace settings
- Select the 'Billing' menu
- Click the green 'Upgrade your plan' button
- In the popup form:
- Select 'Upgrade request'
- Enter the number of seats you would like to upgrade your workspace to
- Specify the urgency level
- Add any additional notes (optional)
- Submit your request
- Wait for your account manager to review and respond
Reducing seats
- Navigate to your workspace settings
- Select the 'Billing' menu
- Click the green 'Upgrade your plan' button
- In the popup form:
- Switch to 'Downgrade request'
- Enter the number of seats you want to downgrade your workspace to
- Add any additional notes (optional)
- Submit your request
- Wait for your account manager to review and respond
