Monthly Active Users
A simple graph that shows the number of unique active users for each month.
Watch this trend line to see how your team's AI usage changes over time.
User Breakdown By Segment
This graph shows how your team members are distributed across four usage levels:
- Power Users: Creating 20+ chats monthly
- Regular Users: Consistently using Team-GPT
- Beginner Users: Just starting their AI journey
- Inactive Users: No activity in the past month
Usage Trends (Last 30 Days)
Explore granular activity patterns and key metrics from the past 30 days.
Active Users
See exactly how many team members sent at least one message this month, with a percentage showing change from last month.
Adoption Rate
Shows what percentage of your workspace members are using Team-GPT, with month-over-month comparison.
Power Users
Track how many team members created 20+ chats this month, with trend indicator.
Total Chats
The number of active chats in your workspace this month with percentage showing change from previous month.
Message Distribution
- Total Messages
Combined count of all user and AI messages for the last month.
- Private Messages
The percentage and count of all private messages in the workspace.
- Shared Messages
The percentage and count of all private messages in the workspace.
Shared Project Breakdown
Compare chat activity, collaboration, and engagement across shared Projects in the last 30 days.
The table will show you:
- Project name
- Project creation date
- Project owner
- Number of active members inside the Project
- Total chat count inside the Project
User Activity Details
See how each team member adopts and engages with Team-GPT:
- User name
- Current segment (Power, Regular, Beginner, Inactive)
- Number of chats created
- Total messages sent
- Pages created
